The building that now houses the new offices of the Castro Group won the Prémios SIL do Imobiliário in the Urban Rehabilitation, Offices Category.

Castro Group was distinguished with the Best Urban Rehabilitation award, in the Offices category, by the SIL Strategic Council and by the President of the AIP Foundation, for the Av. 31 de Janeiro project.

Paulo Castro, CEO of Castro Group, says:

“It is with great pride that we see the Project Av. 31 de Janeiro, which is now the home of the Group, receiving the distinction of best urban rehabilitation, in the category of Offices. This is recognition for the work we have developed in preserving this building, over more than a year, through an architectural intervention that is openly contemporary, but which has always taken care to preserve the spirit of the place”.

Prémios SIL do Imobiliário, whose first edition in 2010, annually distinguishes what is best done in various categories in the Portuguese real estate market. These awards are given every year at SIL – Salão Imobiliário de Portugal, the largest real estate salon in the country.
