In Castro Red we define milestones to the real estate investment, planing every step and integrating all the information we gather from the different stakeholders and markets, in an analysis of the investment. It’s with this method that we ensure the final result, since the decision of the investor and, after that, in the licensing support.

Castro Capital SIC's main objective is to increase capital appreciation by investing and managing a diversified set of real estate assets. Thus, through a 360° analysis of the potential of each property, we develop long-term strategies that optimize or increase its value and promote its profitability, as well as part of the Group's real estate development projects. The entire process is monitored by a qualified team that will allow the investor to know the appropriate capital structure and make decisions based on accurate information, ensuring more excellent stability when investing.
